  I received an extremely nasty bruise. I am aware that bruising is somewhat normal but this was anything like what I should expect from a blood test. There was parts of my arm which were purple.
  They also weren't very accommodating to my needs. I have an extreme needle phobia. I had 2 people try take blood from me. The first was amazing. The second was rough and nasty.

  Very friendly and professional service that didn't take too long. I seriously did not feel the needle, so extra praise for skills.

  I am disabled … & all the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Derek who helped me to navigate my mobility scooter back down the ramp so I could get going on my way home (after he had, with kindness & efficienciency, done the blood collection work.) I also felt relaxed by the lovely plants in the garden, and feeling relaxed is good when having any medical procedure done. Good vibes all round.

  Very gentle when taking blood samples, left no bruise. Unlike the other place i went to which was dorevitch left a bruise which lasted 19 days
