    As stated by Myself, along with several Gallagher Family member's (who own a major building company in Ballarat and other areas of Victoria), along with a very affluent Business Owner who resides just around Lake Wendouree, a certain 'section' of the 'Staff' and the Branch head 'Terry' (who would not supply his last name - which is an Illegal Offence to the Customers) need to be looked into for their incompetent 'Customer Service' along with allowing a Family Member to have been Illegally 'hacking' into their Elders Bank Account for several years now
