  Absolutely disgusted with the service we recieved this morning. The man that greeted, and I use the term loosely, us was rude and arrogant. He continually interrupted my partner while he was trying to explain what we wanted. He was very unhelpful and was not interested in our business at all. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Definitely not the service you expect when spending upwards of $30,000...

  Our price had to change due to Building regs
  They are not builders so once the price goes above a certain $ you need to get a builder involved - disclosures before you even start would have made a big difference
  Quality was good - slab and erecting team were great
  But where was the Customer Service never have we had any follow up from Eureka Ballarat to see if we were happy
  It was always about the $

  Pros- Great quality RHS shed & in-store service and help from John. But he couldn’t fully answer my questions I wanted to know going in as a owner builder.
  
  Cons- do not use rapid steel constructions to erect your shed - it took 3 weeks to erect. I had to clean up after them each 1/2 day they were in. Was happy with the end erection result but I wouldn’t use them again as it was drawn out way to long.
  
  Use a registered builder.
