  Can't make an appointment over the phone as we are constantly on hold. Stayed on hold 20 minutes last week, 20 minutes this morning, 15 minutes an hour after and 22 minutes as of now. I don't have the time to stay on hold all day. If you cannot answer phones, you need to hire more staff.

  A lovely receptionist checked me in. I think her name was Tanya sorry if I have spelt it wrong. I then saw the dietitian Sally Fyffe and got so much help sorting out my diabetic diet. Best thing I did was make an appointment to see her. Also a big thank you to the lady at the desk who I spoke to after my appointment. Looking forward to a return visit in a few months time.

  Rang Today to ask for a transfer of my medical records as my Dr is retiring , received her lovely letter notifying me but no consent form to sign -it wasn’t sent out in the letter that was posted to me -after the RUDE young woman kept talking over the top of me continuously and not waiting till I finished my sentence -it was very difficult to get across I wanted the consent form emailed to me . After several attempts, I finally made it clear that I wanted to transfer to another practice and for them to transfer my medical records as my doctor was retiring , she continually said I needed to go to the new practice I said, but in the letter I received, you didn’t put the consent form in with the letter. Can’t you email that out to me? finally after being SOOO rude again with her tone and sighing she took my email address , making a rude comment & sighing again -very rude. No telephone etiquette just doesn’t know how to relate to clients. The service has always been awful there at reception and those ladies really need a wake up call on how to speak in a friendly manner with a friendly tone and not to talk over the top of people when they’re actually speaking . So glad I’m leaving now and I’m still waiting on the actual form to be emailed out. Sure she’ll forget to do THIS! Should have got her name- certainly won’t miss the obnoxious rude condescending ladies at that practice! If your truly unhappy with your job ladies get a new one! Don’t forget if you had no clients you wouldn’t have a job!

  Reception staff are incredibly rude. Have been trying to secure an appt for my very sick 10 month old baby for a week and every time I get told to call on the day. Ended up having to take him to emergency as the reception staff were so unhelpful. How can you be so cold and uncaring when it comes to an unwell baby?

  went today to see Dr Ben Lam, got told a few weeks back when booking the appointment that he was 100% bulked billed, got there today, explained what i wanted and why i was there etc, he dismissed both my mother & i’s questions, ignored what i had to say etc. he then told me that i’ll need to book a double appointment with him just so he could do anything. then he just pretty much kicked us out of his office, we were in there a total of 8 minutes & got charged $85. the receptionist was so kind and caring so big thumbs up to her!
