  Having taken an early retirement due to health reasons we decided after I recovered and realizing how precious life is we decided to spoil ourselves and buy a new car.
  We did our research and realized that the Subaru Crosstrak was the ideal car.
  We went in and were approached by Sheridan Durose.
  What a bonus, the whole process from 1st chat to delivery was just the smoothest.
  We were well informed as to availability and delivery date.
  Even when we had move our pick up date back that wasn't an issue.
  We will be back and I cannot sing her praises enough.

  Thanks to Sheridan for helping us to select our Subaru Forester. She was able to answer all our questions and help us to select the best car for us. She spent time explaining the car functions in a friendly, unrushed and straight forward way. We are very happy with our selection with the help of Sheridan.

  These guys are fantastic. Seriously it is rare to find good old fashioned kindness and honestly in business, but I found it here. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought an Outback and Ben was the salesperson. Honest, hardworking and went out of his way to help. Even after the sale he worked hard to find me a spare part that he didn't have to do. It just showed me that he is a genuine person. If you need a car talk to Ben. I rarely recommend anyone, but I have no hesitation in recommending Ben and Ballarat Subaru. I was treated so well!

  We dealt with Sheridan buying our new vehicle and couldn’t be happier. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions while we were looking and comparing different models. Then, she walked us through every step of the registration and insurance process. When it came time to pick up our vehicle, she took the time to make sure we understood exactly how all the features on the vehicle worked. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and especially Sheridan.

  Wanted to purchase a new impress, was greeted by an arrogant man who was very rude, didnt offer me a test drive or any help what so ever, so I went to bendigo and purchased a brand new 1 through them, they were amazing and super helpful, Ballarat Subaru missed out on a sale and will miss out on many more as I will not be speaking kindly about them.
