  I’ve worked with Foundation Real Estate many times for the past 6 years and they are consistently thorough, thoughtful, professional, and they go above and beyond to personalize the search. Shaun has helped me find three places and he has helped friends and family as well, each time putting extra care into the search and catering it to our individual preferences and needs. In addition to this, Shaun and his team make the huge task of house/condo/apartment hunting so much smoother and fun. I could always ask questions and get help every step of the way.   As newcomer immigrants my husband and I were wary of navigating the real estate rental system in the U.S. Foundation Real Estate Services and their broker Shaun Ulloa made us feel safe and well taken care of. We found a unit we fell in love with for a price that fit our budget plans and signed a lease within three days, everyone I know believes this is an incredible feat for people who don't know the market, this was all thanks to Shaun and the company. 100% recommended!

  Shaun was tremendously helpful. I attempted to contact and work with dozens of brokers and had terrible experiences. Shaun took the time to personally select locations and provided detailed and honest feedback about each of them. It was clear that he knows his properties and knows the Boston area very well. He was happy to help educate me on numerous aspects of the Boston real estate market and living in Boston in general. He was very attentive and would respond to emails and texts promptly. Finding housing from out of state is not an easy task but Shaun made this process much easier and I knew I was in good hands. He was able to find us the right apartment in the right location with the amenities that I needed. Shaun facilitated the lease signing and helped us navigate the whole process all the way through moving in. His honest sales approach and genuine​ investment in his clients is unique.   We started working with Shaun and Foundation right when the pandemic hit. He was nothing but insightful and helpful throughout the process. Even when our hopes were down with the number of places we looked at, he continued to keep an optimistic view. We never felt like he was trying to push us in a certain direction, but he was always willing to give us thoughtful advice on every place we saw. He used a great balance of experience and research to answer our questions, and in the end helped us find a great house in Quincy. We highly recommend Shaun and his team.

  We had a great experience working with Adam on an apartment rental in Brighton. We had only rented once before in Boston, so he explained a lot about how the market works, and I would recommend him to anyone new to the area. We had a lot of requirements that we knew would be difficult to meet, so we spent about a month watching the listings and talking to a half dozen different agents. In comparison to other agents, Adam was much more focused on showing us only what we really wanted than on showing us every listing he had that might be close. We ended up in an apartment where we are happy to stay until we're ready to buy.
