  We stayed in this six-bedroom house a few weeks back.
  
  Six bedroom townhouse located heart of Ballarat. Closed to all the major attraction. One bed room, living, kitchen, bathroom and access to outdoor on the ground floor.
  On Forst floor five bedrooms and one bathroom, all bedroom has bed however 5, and 6 bedroom has no door in between.
  
  Beautifully maintain backyard also has small size BBQ. Beautiful backyard area where the family can sit and enjoy an afternoon
  
  Negative - massive mirror kept on the staircase without attached to the wall; especially little kids should be careful

  We stayed here for a weekend. It is a lovely house, centrally located with comfy beds.
  Unfortunately, it was a cold weekend and the heating was very inadequate - we froze! The lighting needs attention as does smoke alarm system.
  Take care with the shower , it’s very easy to flood the bathroom . Be quick as there is no heating in bathroom!
  With a good maintenance overhaul this would be a great place to stay.

  Stayed in the overlook over the weekend and mostly everything was perfect. Beautifully furnished and in a great location. One star lost however as the apartment was just a smidge dusty. Alas, would still stay again.

  Absolutely stunning home, breathtaking design inside the property, the shared courtyard area is equally nice too ! Everyone enjoyed the stay including the kids. The hosts recommended L'espresso for coffee which is just around the corner, turns out to be one of the best coffee we've had. Highly recommended, would love to be back!

  Lascelles is a great place to stay. It is a large apartment with lovely decor, very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. It is very centrally located with a short walk to many cafes and restaurants, including Lake Wendouree which is a major attraction in Ballarat.
  
  We arrived from Perth on an exceptionally cold day and greatly appreciated walking into a nice warm room. Plenty of heating options and electric blankets for the bedroom were not expected but a great bonus.
  
  Great hosts who were easily contactable to answer any questions. Highly recommended.
