He continually interrupted my partner while he was trying to explain what we wanted. He was very unhelpful and was not interested in our business at all. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Definitely not the service you expect when spending upwards of $30,000...

They are not builders so once the price goes above a certain $ you need to get a builder involved - disclosures before you even start would have made a big difference
Quality was good - slab and erecting team were great
But where was the Customer Service never have we had any follow up from Eureka Ballarat to see if we were happy

- Sean c Added February 07, 2021★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Pros- Great quality RHS shed & in-store service and help from John. But he couldn’t fully answer my questions I wanted to know going in as a owner builder.
Cons- do not use rapid steel constructions to erect your shed - it took 3 weeks to erect. I had to clean up after them each 1/2 day they were in. Was happy with the end erection result but I wouldn’t use them again as it was drawn out way to long.
Use a registered builder.
